Get Set Up
Creating an account is optional, but recommended.
Click Log In in the top right and enter your email address in the Register column to create an account. A temporary password will be emailed to you.
After purchase, your certificates will be tracked in your account.
Step 1: Make Your Purchase
Confirm the offers are valid at a participating location near you.
Add your desired offer to your cart.
Complete checkout using the secure payment process.
Step 2: Check Your Email
A confirmation email will be sent from Support@JiffyLubePay.com after purchase. Make sure to add us to your safe senders list!
If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Your order number is your certificate number. If you purchased a multi-pack, you will receive an email for each order number.
Step 3: Redeem In Store
Visit a participating location. No certificate is needed, the store can look you up by your name or email address used to purchase.
Sales tax is collected at the time of redemption.
Any applicable upgrades or additional services are paid in store.
Once redeemed, you’ll receive a confirmation email inviting you to fill out a survey. This allows us to improve the process as needed!

You don’t have to use the certificate at the specific location you chose as long as it is still a participating location.
Prepaid Oil Change Certificates expire 1 year from the original purchase date. The amount that you paid into it never expires, just the additional discount. If your additional discount expires, you would only receive the amount that you paid towards the certificate. Only 1 certificate may be used per oil change.
No! You can use each certificate on a different vehicle. The certificates are tied to your email address, not a specific vehicle.
Each Jiffy Lube Signature Service® Oil Change includes up to 5 quarts of oil.
Additional fees apply for 4X4 vehicles, shop supplies, additional oil, special oil filters & taxes.
Sales tax is not charged on your prepaid purchase, it is charged at the store at the time of redemption.
A non-refundable processing fee of 5% is not included in price. This fee is non-refundable, even if you live outside of the participating area.
It is your responsibility to verify your location and oil type.
A failed order status could be for a few different reasons.
- Your payment information is incorrect. Double check your Zip Code and/or CVV Security Code.
- Your certificates have expired, as the additional discount is only good for 1 year from date of purchase. You never lose the amount you paid into it.
