Jiffy Lube Pay Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through JiffyLubePay.com. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Participating Locations

Jiffy Lube Pay certificates are valid only at participating Jiffy Lube locations listed at JiffyLubePay.com/locations.

Participating locations may change. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to confirm that a participating location is available in their area before purchasing.

Jiffy Lube Pay certificates are not valid at every Jiffy Lube location.

2. Certificate Packages

1-Pack
Includes one unique Jiffy Lube Pay certificate valid for one use on any eligible vehicle.

2-Pack
Includes two unique certificates. Each certificate is valid for one use. Certificates may be used on the same vehicle or different eligible vehicles.

3-Pack
Includes three unique certificates. Each certificate is valid for one use. Certificates may be used on the same vehicle or different eligible vehicles.

Each certificate may only be redeemed once. Once redeemed, a certificate has no remaining value and cannot be reused.

3. Certificate Expiration

The promotional value of each Jiffy Lube Pay certificate expires one year from the original purchase date.

After one year, any promotional discount or promotional value associated with the certificate expires.

To the extent required by applicable law, the amount originally paid does not expire and will continue to be honored according to applicable law.

Expiration and redemption rights may vary where required by state law.

4. Additional Charges & Fees

A Jiffy Lube Pay certificate applies only to the service or offer described on the certificate.

Additional charges may apply at the time of service.

Additional charges may include, but are not limited to:

• Additional oil beyond the quantity included with the certificate

• Specialty or premium filters

• Vehicle-specific products or requirements

• Shop supply charges

• Applicable taxes and government fees

• Additional services requested or authorized by the customer

These charges are not included in the prepaid certificate unless specifically stated otherwise.

5. Vehicle & Product Requirements

Every vehicle has different manufacturer requirements and may require specific products, oil types, quantities, or filters.

The purchaser is responsible for selecting the appropriate certificate and oil type for the vehicle on which the certificate will be used.

Jiffy Lube Pay is not responsible for purchases made for an incorrect oil type or service.

Product availability varies by participating location. A participating location may temporarily be unable to service a particular vehicle because a required product is unavailable.

Temporary product unavailability does not qualify the purchase for a refund. Customers may contact another participating location to check availability for their vehicle.

6. Transfers

Jiffy Lube Pay certificates may be transferred to another person unless otherwise stated on the certificate or prohibited by applicable law.

If you move, sell your vehicle, or otherwise become unable to personally use your remaining certificates, you may give the unused certificates to another person for use at a participating location.

Transfer of a certificate does not extend its expiration date or change any other terms applicable to the original purchase.

Certificates may not be duplicated or redeemed more than once.

7. Moving Outside a Participating Area

Moving or relocating outside an area served by participating Jiffy Lube locations does not qualify a purchase for a refund.

Before purchasing, customers are responsible for reviewing the participating locations at JiffyLubePay.com/locations.

If you move outside a participating area before using all of your certificates, eligible unused certificates may be transferred to another person in accordance with the Transfer section above.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Jiffy Lube Pay may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion. Approval of one refund does not create an obligation to approve future refund requests.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Certificates that have already been redeemed

• Moving or relocating outside a participating area

• Purchasing an incorrect oil type or service

• Temporary product unavailability at a particular location

• Failure to use a certificate before its promotional expiration date, except where otherwise required by law

If a refund is approved, non-refundable payment processing or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible.

9. Payment Processing Fees

Third-party payment processors may charge transaction or processing fees when a purchase is completed.

Certain processing fees may be non-refundable after the transaction has been processed.

If Jiffy Lube Pay approves a discretionary refund, applicable non-refundable processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by law.

10. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers retain all rights available to them under applicable law and their card issuer’s dispute procedures.

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback does not, by itself, cancel or eliminate amounts legitimately owed for certificates or services that have already been redeemed.

When a payment dispute or chargeback is filed, Jiffy Lube Pay may temporarily suspend unused certificates associated with the disputed transaction while the dispute is being reviewed.

If the dispute is resolved in Jiffy Lube Pay’s favor and payment is restored, eligible unused certificates may be reactivated.

If a chargeback or payment dispute results in payment for the transaction being reversed, unused certificates associated with the reversed payment may be canceled.

11. Chargebacks Involving Redeemed Certificates

If payment is reversed after one or more certificates have already been redeemed, the purchaser may remain responsible for amounts legitimately owed for services already provided.

When only a portion of a package has been redeemed, the amount due for redeemed services will not exceed the regular retail price of those services at the participating location at the time of redemption, subject to the total amount of the original transaction.

When all certificates included in a purchase have been redeemed and payment for the purchase is subsequently reversed, the purchaser may remain responsible for the unpaid amount of the original purchase.

Jiffy Lube Pay may provide documentation showing the original purchase, certificate redemption, services provided, and calculation of any remaining balance.

12. Unpaid Balances

If payment for previously redeemed services is reversed, Jiffy Lube Pay may notify the purchaser of any resulting valid unpaid balance.

Customers will be provided an opportunity to contact Jiffy Lube Pay regarding the balance or provide information showing that the balance is incorrect.

If a valid balance remains unpaid after notice and an opportunity to resolve the matter, Jiffy Lube Pay reserves the right to pursue payment through lawful means. This may include direct billing, referral to a third-party collection agency, or other remedies permitted by applicable law.

13. Lost, Stolen or Shared Certificates

Customers are responsible for protecting their certificate numbers.

Because certificates contain unique redemption numbers, customers should not publicly post, distribute, or share certificate information except when intentionally transferring a certificate to another person.

Jiffy Lube Pay is not responsible for unauthorized use of a certificate resulting from the purchaser sharing or failing to protect the certificate number, except where otherwise required by law.

14. Fraud & Misuse

Jiffy Lube Pay reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or investigate certificates reasonably believed to be fraudulent, duplicated, altered, improperly obtained, previously redeemed, or otherwise misused.

Fraudulent or unauthorized activity may be reported to the applicable payment processor, financial institution, or law-enforcement authorities when appropriate.

15. Changes to Participating Locations

Participating Jiffy Lube locations may be added or removed over time.

The current list of participating locations is available at JiffyLubePay.com/locations.

Changes to participating locations do not automatically entitle a purchaser to a refund. Eligible unused certificates may be transferred to another person as described in these Terms, subject to applicable law.

16. Applicable Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive or restrict rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable law, the applicable law will control to the extent of that conflict.
