JiffyLubePay.com honors prepay coupon returns and full refunds within the first 72 hours after your purchase. All sales are final after 72 Hours(No Exceptions).

Every vehicle is different and can require different products. Jiffy Lube locations can temporarily run out of products for specific vehicles. If a Jiffy Lube location is temporarily out of a product specific to a customer’s vehicle, refunds will not be given. Customers may check other participating Jiffy Lube locations to verify product availability specific to vehicle.

We are not accountable if/when customers purchase the incorrect oil type. It is the customers responsibility to learn what type of oil their vehicle requires.

There is a non-refundable transaction fee that is issued by our payment processor. All transaction fee’s are final as of your purchase.

We will notify you on the status of your refund after receiving written notice of your request.

Written request should be sent to the following email address: support@jiffylubepay.com. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) as quickly as possible on the next business day, and notify you in writing.
