JiffyLubePay.com honors prepay coupon returns and will process refunds on a case by case basis (minus the processing fee). All sales are final.

There is a non-refundable transaction fee that is issued by our payment processor. All transaction fees are final as of your purchase.

Every vehicle is different and can require different products. Jiffy Lube locations can temporarily run out of products for specific vehicles. If a Jiffy Lube location is temporarily out of a product specific to a customer’s vehicle, refunds will not be given. Customers may check other participating Jiffy Lube locations to verify product availability specific to vehicle.

We are not accountable if/when customers purchase the incorrect oil type. It is the customers responsibility to learn what type of oil their vehicle requires.

1 pack – Purchase includes one jiffylubepay.com certificate, it can be used on any “one” vehicle you choose.

2 pack – Purchase includes two jiffylubepay.com certificates with different certificate numbers. Each certificate can be used “one” time on any vehicle you choose. (Example: if you have 2 vehicles….Certificate 1 can be used on vehicle 1 and Certificate 2 can be used on vehicle 2)

3 pack – Purchase includes three jiffylubepay.com certificates with different certificate numbers. Each certificate can be used “one” time on any vehicle you choose. (Example: if you have 3 vehicles….Certificate 1 can be used on vehicle 1…….Certificate 2 can be used on vehicle 2 ……Certificate 3 can be used on vehicle 3)

We will notify you on the status of your refund after receiving written notice of your request.

Written request should be sent to the following email address: support@jiffylubepay.com. We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (minus the processing fee) as quickly as possible on the next business day, and notify you in writing.
